msgget - allocate a System V IPC message queue
SYNOPSIS
msgget [-k key] [-c security_context | -s sid]
DESCRIPTION
msgget allocates a message queue (creating it if necessary.) The id of the message queue allocted is printed to standard output.
OPTIONS

Key. Allocate a message queue with the specified key.
- -c

Security Context. Allocate a memory segment with the specified security context. -s Security Identifier. Allocate a memory segment with the specified security identifier.
