Calls *mongoc\_uri\_new\_with\_error()*.

## RETURNS

A newly allocated *mongoc\_uri\_t* if successful. Otherwise **NULL**, using MONGOC\_WARNING on error.

**WARNING:**

Failure to handle the result of this function is a programming error.
