## SYNOPSIS

                       mongoc_ssl_opt_t *opt,

```

## PARAMETERS

- **base\_stream**

  A **mongoc\_stream\_t**

- **opt**

  A **mongoc\_ssl\_opt\_t**

- **client**

  1 for client, 0 for server TLS.

Creates a new **mongoc\_stream\_tls\_t** using the parameters supplied.

## RETURNS

A newly allocated **mongoc\_stream\_tls\_t**
