Create a new *mongoc\_client\_encryption\_t*.

## PARAMETERS

## RETURNS

A new *mongoc\_client\_encryption\_t* that must be freed with *mongoc\_client\_encryption\_destroy()* if successful. Returns **NULL** and sets **error** otherwise.
