## DESCRIPTION

Returns a BSON document mapping model indexes to write errors. Example:

{
  "0" : { "code" : 123, "message" : "foo", "details" : {  } },
  "1" : { "code" : 456, "message" : "bar", "details" : {  } }
}
```

Returns an empty document if there are no write errors.
