mimeit - base64-encode stdin and mail it

## SYNOPSIS

**mimeit** *content-type recipient subject* \[*splitmail-options*\]

## DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the **mimeit** command. This manual page was written for the **Debian GNU/Linux** distribution (but may be used by others), because the original program does not have a manual page.

**mimeit** base64-encodes the message read from stdin and sends it off using [**splitmail**(1)](/splitmail/1.md). It will pass all but the first three parameters to [**splitmail**(1)](/splitmail/1.md).
