## OPTIONS

### Application options

- **-i**, **--landmarkset**=*landmarkset*

  load an initial landmark set

- **-o**, **--outputset**=*outputset*

  set predefined output landmark set file

- **-v**, **--volume**=*volume*

  load volume image (in Vista format)

### Help options

- \-?, **--help**

  Show this help message

- **--usage**

  Display brief usage message
