## NAME

mconv - Convert from one charset to another for mnoGoSearch

## SYNOPSIS

**mconv** \[*options*\] **-r***from\_charset***-t***to\_charset* \[*configfile*\]

## DESCRIPTION

**mconv** converts between one charset to another.  Sometimes this is required for mnoGoSearch to be able to index a file.

## OPTIONS

- **-e**

  use HTML escape entities for input

- **-f***from\_charset*

  Parse the incoming text using this charset

- **-t***to\_charset*

  Output the text using this charset

- **-E**

  use HTML escape entities for output

- **- v n**

  Verbosity level, this is a number betwee 0 and 5.

- **-h, -?**

  Print the help.

- **-hh, -??**

  Print even more help.
