## NAME

mathtex — This program generas a PNG-file from a LaTeX expression

## SYNOPSIS

**mathtex** \[**-f** *input\_file\]  \[***-o** *output\_file\]  \[***-m** *msgfile\]  \[***-c** *cache\]*

## DESCRIPTION

*This program is mainly designed to act as a CGI script. By giving it a LaTeX math command,*  *a picture is generated which can be put on a web site.*

## OPTIONS

- **-o** *output\_file*

  *File to write*

- **-f** *input\_file*

  *File to read*

- **-m** *msgfile*

  *Verbosity level.*

- **-c** *cache*

  *Path to cache directory.*
