This man page was written for the Debian Distribution. No original man page exists for this software.
Magicdev is a gnome daemon that will automatically mount/play CDs. It detects when a disc is inserted or removed. Magicdev handles running autorun programs on the CD, updating the File Manager, and playing audio CDs.
