glab-stack-create(1)

glab-stack-create1

Create a new stack. (experimental)

Usage

glab stack create [flags]

Overview

The stack starts empty, and the other glab stack commands act on it until you switch. The branch you have checked out becomes its base branch, which the first merge request targets, so push it to the remote before you run glab stack sync. To add diffs, use glab stack save.

This command adds metadata to your ./.git/stacked directory.

This feature is an experiment and is not ready for production use. It might be unstable or removed at any time. For more information, see https://docs.gitlab.com/policy/development_stages_support/.
