Overview
ftpcp is a frontend to the ftpcopy program. Calling
ftpcp arguments ...
has exactly the same results as calling
ftpcopy -n arguments ...
or, in other words: ftpcp calls ftpcopy -n, so that files already in the local directory are not deleted.
