Overview
Produce a Hash from a Url.
Params
pszUrl [In] Url to hash.
lpDest [Out] Destinationh for hash.
nDestLen [In] Length of lpDest.
Returns
Success: S_OK. lpDest is filled with the computed hash value.
Failure: E_INVALIDARG, if any argument is invalid.
