Overview
Open the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT key for a user.
Params
hToken [In] Handle of token representing the user.
dwOptions [In] Reserved, must be 0.
samDesired [In] Desired access rights.
phkResult [Out] Destination for the resulting key handle.
Returns
Success: ERROR_SUCCESS
Failure: nonzero error code from Winerror.h.
