Create a comment

    POST /repos/:user/:repo/pulls/:id/comments

Examples:

Delete a comment

    DELETE /repos/:user/:repo/pulls/comments/:id

Get a single comment

    GET /repos/:user/:repo/pulls/comments/:id

List comments on a pull request
