Overview
Sets a filter (or does something completely different)!!??? It removes 12 Bytes from the stack (3 Parameters).

i [In] COULD be an index?.

Success: TRUE ???
Failure: FALSE ???.
Implementation
Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.
