Overview
GetScrollBarInfo can be used to retrieve information about a scrollbar control.
Params
hwnd [In] Handle of window with scrollbar(s).
idObject [In] One of OBJID_CLIENT, OBJID_HSCROLL, or OBJID_VSCROLL.
info [IO] cbSize specifies the size of SCROLLBARINFO.
