Overview
Returns the name of one language in (possibly) a different language. Currently only handles language 0 (english).
Returns
Success: The number of bytes copied to the buffer, not including the NULL.
Failure: 0
Implementation
Not declared in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.
Implemented in "dlls/user.exe16/bidi.c".
