Execute an incremental query
Usage
DBIncResult<a> incExec( DBHandle<a> con, String query )
Overview
Execute a query with the given connection handle for incremental retrieval of results. Results are then retrieved one row at a time using DB.getRow (3kaya)
Once you have finished with the query you must call DB.incDiscard (3kaya) to discard any remaining rows.
