Overview
Retrieves parameters that control the operations of a CSP.
Params
hProv [In] Handle of the CSP in question.
dwParam [In] Specifies query type.
pbData [Out] Buffer to receive the data.
pdwDataLen [In/Out] Size of pbData.
dwFlags [In] see MSDN Docs.
Returns
Success: TRUE
Failure: FALSE.
Notes
If pbData is NULL, pdwDataLen is set to the needed buffer length.
