maf-sort - Sort MAF-format alignments by sequence name

## SYNOPSIS

**maf-sort** \[*options*\] *my-alignments.maf*

## OPTIONS

- **-h**

  show this help message and exit

- **-d**

  only print duplicate alignments

- **-n**

  sort by the n-th sequence (default: 1)
