NAME

lr_inflate - unzips a file, if appropriate

SYNOPSIS

lr_inflate file

DESCRIPTION

lr_inflate inspect the fileextension of file, and invokes zcat(1). It writes the (possibly) unzipped file to a newly created file in TMPDIR. It echos the name of the new file to stdout.

lr_inflate is called by lr_processmail(1).
