locker - locks a file

## SYNOPSIS

**locker \< -e file \| -s file \> \[ -n \] command \[ args ... \]**

## DESCRIPTION

| -e file | lock specified file for exclusive (write) access |
| -s file | lock specified file for shared (read) access |
| -n | do an "non-blocking" attempt to lock specified file |
