SYNOPSIS
locker < -e file | -s file > [ -n ] command [ args ... ]
DESCRIPTION
| -e file | lock specified file for exclusive (write) access |
| -s file | lock specified file for shared (read) access |
| -n | do an "non-blocking" attempt to lock specified file |
