This manual page documents briefly the **lm\_batmon** and **lm\_batmon\_penguin** commands. This manual page was written for the Debian GNU/Linux distribution because the original program does not have a manual page.

**lm\_batmon** is a battery monitor program which displays the current battery status with cute mascot characters. **lm\_batmon\_penguin** is the same function, but its character is penguin mascot.
