ARGUMENTS

Caller-owned parameter set.

Parameter name.

Parameter value as a string. An empty string restores the kernel default for the parameter.
DESCRIPTION
If the parameter already exists, its value is replaced.
RETURN
* 0 on success. * -EINVAL if key is unknown, is not a connection parameter, or if value is invalid for the parameter type. * -ENOMEM if memory allocation fails.
