  libnvme global context; must not be NULL

  list name (basename without .conf suffix)

- callback

  called with the raw entry string (e.g. "transport=tcp;traddr=...")

- user\_data

  caller context passed to *callback*

## RETURN

0 on success, -ENOENT if the list does not exist, negative errno otherwise.
