DESCRIPTION
Addressing is exposed as raw strings, not a TID: the configuration is a human interface and traddr/host-traddr may legitimately name a host, while TID construction rejects one. Resolve first, then build a TID with libnvmf_tid_from_fields + libnvmf_tid_set_identity.
