**struct libnvme\_mi\_ep \* libnvme\_mi\_open\_mctp** **(struct libnvme\_global\_ctx \*ctx** *,* **unsigned int netid** *,* **uint8\_t eid** *);*

## ARGUMENTS

- ctx

  *struct libnvme\_global\_ctx* object

- netid

  MCTP network ID on this system

- eid

  MCTP endpoint ID

## DESCRIPTION

Transport-specific endpoint initialization for MI-connected endpoints. Once an endpoint is created, the rest of the API is transport-independent.

## RETURN

New endpoint object for *netid* & *eid*, or NULL on failure.
