## NAME

libnvme\_get\_host\_telemetry - Get host telemetry log

## SYNOPSIS

**int libnvme\_get\_host\_telemetry** **(struct libnvme\_transport\_handle \*hdl** *,* **struct nvme\_telemetry\_log \*\*log** *,* **enum nvme\_telemetry\_da da** *,* **size\_t \*size** *);*

## ARGUMENTS

- hdl

  Transport handle

- log

  On success, set to the value of the allocated and retrieved log.

- da

  Log page data area, valid values: *enum nvme\_telemetry\_da*

- size

  Ptr to the telemetry log size, so it can be returned

## DESCRIPTION

The total size allocated can be calculated as: (nvme\_telemetry\_log da size  + 1) \* NVME\_LOG\_TELEM\_BLOCK\_SIZE.

## RETURN

0 on success, the nvme command status if a response was received (see *enum nvme\_status\_field*) or a negative error otherwise.
