## DESCRIPTION

**legend** creates a legend image from a mapfile. Output format depends on the graphics library used for rendering.

## OPTIONS

- *mapfile*

  Path to the mapfile.

- *outputimage*

  Path to the output image file.

  Display mapserver version and build options.
