## PARAMS

*src* **\[In\]**  Filter element to be escaped.

*srclen* **\[In\]**  Length in bytes of the filter element.

*dst* **\[Out\]**  Destination buffer for the escaped filter element.

*dstlen* **\[In\]**  Length in bytes of the destination buffer.

## RETURNS

**Success:** **LDAP\_SUCCESS**

**Failure:** An **LDAP** error code.
