## DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the  **kvdr**       command.

This manual page was written for the **Debian GNU/Linux** distribution  because the original program does not have a manual page.  Instead, it has documentation in the   **HTML** format; see below.

This program can be invoked as **kvdr** or **kvdr.real**. In the first case, a wrapper script is run which will try to invoke the underlying **vdr** daemon, run **kvdr.real** and stop the daemon when **kvdr.real** has finished.

For a full summary of options, run *vdr --help*.
