# java-stubber(1)

generate ILU stubs for the Java programming language

## NAME

java-stubber - generate ILU stubs for the Java programming language

## SYNOPSIS

**java-stubber** \[ *...ISLFILES* \]

## DESCRIPTION

**java-stubber** generates Java code for the interface defined in *ISLFILE*, which should be a file containing an ISL specification of the interface. If no file extension is specified for *ISLFILE*, the extension "`.isl`" is assumed.

## EXAMPLES

`% ./java-stubber foo.isl`\
 `writing file foo_Operations.java...`\
 `writing file foo_Holder.java...`\
 `writing file foo_Ref.java...`\
 `writing file foo_Stub.java...`\
 `writing file foo_Servant.java...` `% `

## ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES

The environment variable "ILUPATH" is consulted to find referenced interfaces. It should consist of a sequence of colon-separated directories, which contain interface specifications in the form of files with names like *\<interface-name\>*`.isl`.
