## PARAMETERS

- *Expr1*

  First expression.

- *Expr2*

  Second expression.

## DESCRIPTION

**isablequalexpr** compares *Expr1* and *Expr2*.\

## RETURN VALUE

if *Expr1* and *Expr2* are strictly identicals **isablequalexpr** returns 1 and 0 otherwise.
