## NAME

ipsec\_\_startklips - internal script to bring up kernel components

## DESCRIPTION

*\_startklips* brings up the Openswan kernel component. This involves loading any required modules, and in the case of KLIPS or MAST, attaching and configuring the ipsecX pseudo-devices in and attaching the pseudo-devices to the physical devices.
