List ippl logfiles

Usage

ippl-listfiles [-f config file] [{-h | --help}]

Overview

ippl is a daemon logging IP packets received. Log files can be specified in the ippl.conf configuration file.

Those log files can grow quite big. Therefore the log files need to be rotated. On a Debian GNU/Linux system most of the files are rotated once per week.

This program helps the rotation script to determine which log files need to be rotated.

Options

-f config file

Specify an alternative configuration file instead of /etc/ippl.conf, which is the default.

-h, --help

Print a usage message on standard output and exit successfully.

Note

This program and the corresponding man page is based on Martin Schulze's syslogd-listfiles script and man page.

From ippl 1.4.10-1 in Debian 2.2 (Potato). Parsed by carta from the page's man source.
