NAME
icurepackage - repackage a common data file from multiple sources
SYNOPSIS
icurepackage [ -h, -?, --help ] [ -v, --verbose ] [ -s, --sourcedir source ] [ -d, --destdir destination ] [ --all ] [ --extras | -e, --extradir extras ] [ -S, --statedir statedir ] [ -T, --tempdir tempdir ]
DESCRIPTION
icurepackage combines data from multiple sources to produce a single common data file. The sources for data are the common data file if it already exists, a set of individual files that were distributed with ICU, and a set of extra files supplied by the user.
The repackaging works as follows. The existing common file is first unpacked using decmn(8). Files are then added back to a new common file, starting with extra files, then files unpacked from the existing common data file, and ending with individual files that were distributed with ICU. (Note that it is not necessary for the individual ICU files to exist for icurepackage to work properly.)
Some special files are ignored when the new common file is built. For instance, the common data file itself is ignored, and, unless the --all option is used, the converter aliases file cnvalias.dat is also ignored.

ENVIRONMENT
- ICU_DATA
