## NAME

hdel - delete both forks of an HFS file

## SYNOPSIS

hdel *hfs-path* \[...\]

## DESCRIPTION

**hdel** deletes files from the current HFS volume. Both forks (resource and data) of each named file are removed, freeing space for other files.
