## SYNOPSIS

**hciemu** \[*options*\] *local\_address*

## DESCRIPTION

**hciemu** is used to emulate an HCI via **hci\_vhci** kernel module

## OPTIONS

- **-d** *device*

  use specified *device*

- **-b** *bdaddr*

  emulate *bdaddr*

- **-s** *file*

  create snoop file *file*

- **-n**

  do not detach
