# hawki\_cal\_zpoint(7)

(OBSOLETE) Zero point computation recipe

## NAME

hawki\_cal\_zpoint - (OBSOLETE) Zero point computation recipe

## SYNOPSIS

esorex **hawki\_cal\_zpoint** \[OPTIONS\] FILE.sof

## DESCRIPTION

(OBSOLETE) hawki\_cal\_zpoint -- Zero point recipe The input of the recipe files listed in the Set Of Frames (sof-file) must be tagged as: raw-file.fits ZPOINT or stdstars-file.fits STDSTARS\_CATS or flat-file.fits FLAT\_IM or bpm-file.fits BPM The recipe creates as an output: hawki\_cal\_zpoint.fits (ZPOINT\_RES): Zero point solution table hawki\_cal\_zpoint\_check.fits (ZPOINT\_IMA): Standard star images corrected (for checking purposes) hawki\_cal\_zpoint\_stats.fits (ZPOINT\_STATS): Statistics of the raw standard star images Return code: esorex exits with an error code of 0 if the recipe completes successfully or 1 otherwise

## OPTIONS

- **--detect\_sigma** *\<float\>*

the sigma value for object detection (float; default: 7.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.detect\_sigma** \[default = *7.0*\].

- **--star\_r** *\<float\>*

the star radius (float; default: -1.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.star\_r** \[default = *-1.0*\].

- **--bg\_r1** *\<float\>*

the internal background radius (float; default: -1.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.bg\_r1** \[default = *-1.0*\].

- **--bg\_r2** *\<float\>*

the external background radius (float; default: -1.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.bg\_r2** \[default = *-1.0*\].

- **--ra** *\<float\>*

RA in degrees (float; default: 999.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.ra** \[default = *999.0*\].

- **--dec** *\<float\>*

DEC in degrees (float; default: 999.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.dec** \[default = *999.0*\].

- **--mag** *\<float\>*

magnitude (float; default: 99.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.mag** \[default = *99.0*\].

- **--sx** *\<int\>*

x half-size of the search box (int; default: 100). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.sx** \[default = *100*\].

- **--sy** *\<int\>*

y half-size of the search box (int; default: 100). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.sy** \[default = *100*\].

- **--xcoord** *\<str\>*

Coordinates in X where the standard star is located. If -1 use WCS (str; default: ´-1., -1., -1., -1.´). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.xcoord** \[default = *-1., -1., -1., -1.*\].

- **--ycoord** *\<str\>*

Coordinates in Y where the standard star is located. If -1 use WCS (str; default: ´-1., -1., -1., -1.´). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is **hawki.hawki\_cal\_zpoint.ycoord** \[default = *-1., -1., -1., -1.*\].

Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing these options, along with suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex --help' command.
