## SYNOPSIS

**grub-mkpasswd-argon2** \[*OPTION*...\] \[*OPTIONS*\]

## DESCRIPTION

Generate ARGON2 password hash.

- **-i**, **--iterations**=*NUM*

  Number of iterations to perform

- **-l**, **--buflen**=*NUM*

  Length of generated hash

- **-m**, **--memory**=*NUM*

  Amount of memory (in kibibytes) to use

- **-p**, **--parallelism**=*NUM*

  Degree of parallelism (i.e. number of threads)

- **-s**, **--salt**=*NUM*

  Length of salt

- \-?, **--help**

  give this help list

- **--usage**

  give a short usage message

- **-V**, **--version**

  print program version
