Verify the signed data using private key

## NAME

gnutls\_x509\_privkey\_verify\_data - Verify the signed data using private key

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<gnutls/x509.h\>**

**int gnutls\_x509\_privkey\_verify\_data(gnutls\_x509\_privkey\_t** *key***, unsigned int** *flags***, const gnutls\_datum\_t \*** *data***, const gnutls\_datum\_t \*** *signature***);**

## ARGUMENTS

- gnutls\_x509\_privkey\_t key

  Holds the key

- unsigned int flags

  should be 0 for now

- const gnutls\_datum\_t \* data

  holds the data to be signed

- const gnutls\_datum\_t \* signature

  contains the signature

## DESCRIPTION

This function will verify the given signed data, using the parameters in the private key.

## RETURNS

In case of a verification failure 0 is returned, and 1 on success.
