gnutls\_pubkey\_export\_dh\_raw - API function

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<gnutls/abstract.h\>**

**int gnutls\_pubkey\_export\_dh\_raw(gnutls\_pubkey\_t** *key***, gnutls\_dh\_params\_t** *params***, gnutls\_datum\_t \*** *y***, unsigned** *flags***);**

## ARGUMENTS

- gnutls\_pubkey\_t key

  Holds the public key

- gnutls\_dh\_params\_t params

  will hold the Diffie-Hellman parameter (optional), must be initialized

- gnutls\_datum\_t \* y

  will hold the y

- unsigned flags

  flags from **gnutls\_abstract\_export\_flags\_t**

## DESCRIPTION

This function will export the Diffie-Hellman public key parameter found in the given public key.  The new parameter will be allocated using **gnutls\_malloc()** and will be stored in the appropriate datum.

To retrieve other parameters common in both public key and private key, use **gnutls\_dh\_params\_export\_raw()**.

This function allows for **NULL** parameters since 3.4.1.

## RETURNS

**GNUTLS\_E\_SUCCESS** on success, otherwise a negative error code.
