## NAME

gnutls\_privkey\_set\_flags - API function

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<gnutls/abstract.h\>**

**void gnutls\_privkey\_set\_flags(gnutls\_privkey\_t** *key***, unsigned int** *flags***);**

## ARGUMENTS

- gnutls\_privkey\_t key

  A key of type **gnutls\_privkey\_t**

- unsigned int flags

  flags from the **gnutls\_privkey\_flags**

## DESCRIPTION

This function will set flags for the specified private key, after it is generated. Currently this is useful for the **GNUTLS\_PRIVKEY\_FLAG\_EXPORT\_COMPAT** to allow exporting a "provable" private key in backwards compatible way.
