## NAME

gnutls\_pkcs7\_export2 - API function

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<gnutls/pkcs7.h\>**

**int gnutls\_pkcs7\_export2(gnutls\_pkcs7\_t** *pkcs7***, gnutls\_x509\_crt\_fmt\_t** *format***, gnutls\_datum\_t \*** *out***);**

## ARGUMENTS

- gnutls\_pkcs7\_t pkcs7

  The pkcs7 type

- gnutls\_x509\_crt\_fmt\_t format

  the format of output params. One of PEM or DER.

- gnutls\_datum\_t \* out

  will contain a structure PEM or DER encoded

## DESCRIPTION

This function will export the pkcs7 structure to DER or PEM format.

The output buffer is allocated using **gnutls\_malloc()**.

If the structure is PEM encoded, it will have a header of "BEGIN PKCS7".

## RETURNS

On success, **GNUTLS\_E\_SUCCESS** (0) is returned, otherwise a negative error value.
