gnutls\_pcert\_list\_import\_x509\_raw - API function

## SYNOPSIS

**int gnutls\_pcert\_list\_import\_x509\_raw(gnutls\_pcert\_st \*** *pcert\_list***, unsigned int \*** *pcert\_list\_size***, const gnutls\_datum\_t \*** *data***, gnutls\_x509\_crt\_fmt\_t** *format***, unsigned int** *flags***);**

## ARGUMENTS

- gnutls\_pcert\_st \* pcert\_list

  The structures to store the certificates; must not contain initialized **gnutls\_pcert\_st** structures.

- unsigned int \* pcert\_list\_size

  Initially must hold the maximum number of certs. It will be updated with the number of certs available.

- const gnutls\_datum\_t \* data

  The certificates.

- gnutls\_x509\_crt\_fmt\_t format

  One of DER or PEM.

- unsigned int flags

  must be (0) or an OR'd sequence of gnutls\_certificate\_import\_flags.

## DESCRIPTION

This function will import the provided DER or PEM encoded certificates to an already allocated set of **gnutls\_pcert\_st** structures. The structures must be deinitialized afterwards using **gnutls\_pcert\_deinit()**.  *pcert\_list* should contain space for at least  *pcert\_list\_size* elements.

If the Certificate is PEM encoded it should have a header of "X509 CERTIFICATE", or "CERTIFICATE".

## RETURNS

On success, **GNUTLS\_E\_SUCCESS** (0) is returned, otherwise a negative error value; if the  *pcert* list doesn't have enough space **GNUTLS\_E\_SHORT\_MEMORY\_BUFFER** will be returned.
