## NAME

gnutls\_hex\_decode2 - API function

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<gnutls/gnutls.h\>**

**int gnutls\_hex\_decode2(const gnutls\_datum\_t \*** *hex\_data***, gnutls\_datum\_t \*** *result***);**

## ARGUMENTS

- const gnutls\_datum\_t \* hex\_data

  contain the encoded data

- gnutls\_datum\_t \* result

  the result in an allocated string

## DESCRIPTION

This function will decode the given encoded data, using the hex encoding used by PSK password files.

## RETURNS

**GNUTLS\_E\_PARSING\_ERROR** on invalid hex data, or 0 on success.
