## NAME

gnutls\_cipher\_self\_test - API function

## SYNOPSIS

**#include \<gnutls/gnutls.h\>**

**int gnutls\_cipher\_self\_test(unsigned** *all***, gnutls\_cipher\_algorithm\_t** *cipher***);**

## ARGUMENTS

- unsigned all

  if non-zero then tests to all ciphers are performed.

- gnutls\_cipher\_algorithm\_t cipher

  the encryption algorithm to use

## DESCRIPTION

This function will run self tests on the provided cipher or all available ciphers if  *all* is non-zero.

## RETURNS

Zero or a negative error code on error.
