Download bundle in mbox format.

Download a bundle but do not apply it. \`\`OUTPUT\`\` is optional and can be an output path or \`\`-\`\` to output to \`\`stdout\`\`. If \`\`OUTPUT\`\` is not provided, the output path will be automatically chosen.
